What services, how to get: (1) Service Name: Implementation of Agricultural Incentives/Rehabilitation Program: Steps: (How to get) 1st step: Allotment at the district level with policies and resolutions from the Ministry/National level. 2nd step: By the District Agricultural Rehabilitation Committee. Providing sub-allocation to upazilas with resolution. 3rd step: Providing sub-allocation at union level by upazila agriculture rehabilitation committee. 4th step: Selection of suitable farmers by union agriculture committee and preparing priority list of farmers, approval and sending to upazila. 5th step: Received priority list upazila agriculture Verification and approval by the rehabilitation committee. 6th step: Purchase of allocated materials (fertilizer, seeds) and distribution at the union level. 7th step: Distribution of materials by the union agriculture committee to the concerned farmers through master roll with agricultural card and photo and storage. (2) Name of service: Issuance/Renewal of Pesticide License: Steps: 1st Step: An adult with suitable educational qualification (Male) shall apply in the prescribed form at the Upazila Agriculture Office (with trade license, treasury challan). 2nd Step: SA PPO and AO (PP) / UAO verify the applicant's shop, area needs and other qualifications and give recommendations / cancel and send to the district. 3rd step: Additional Deputy Director (PP) in the district scrutinizes all the applications and re-investigates them if necessary. If so, issue or renew the license and send it to the upazila. 4th step: The applicant will collect the license from the upazila and hang its photocopy in a visible place of the shop. Allotment. 2nd step: Presentation of the allocation received by the upazila agriculture officer in the SAAO meeting, detailed discussion on suitable land for setting up the exhibition and selection of suitable farmers based on category. 3rd step: Discussion with the farmer group by the SAAO and preparation of priority list of farmers and submission to the upazila agriculture office. 4th Step : Verification of opinion of selected land and farmers by UAO / AEO and approval / rejection. 5th Step : Providing technical training and distribution of materials for exhibition to selected farmers. 6th Step: In the presence of farmers, SAAOs and UAOs/AOs, setting up exhibitions and giving directions for implementation of further activities. 7th Step: Regular inspection/monitoring of demonstration plots by farmers, SAAOs and AOs, short cutting, field days, impact and result reports.
